I think the police and the ACA should consider the following in their probe into the CLP fiasco:

1) Whether the students whose marks were increased were from one particular college and if so, to check for the possibility of corruption practices. It may be possible for the college involved to bribe the CLP authorities to ensure its students pass the exam.

2) Whether any of the CLP staff members or their relatives are teaching or tutoring part-time in any of these colleges and whether their students have their marks upgraded.

3) Whether those whose marks were increased were from any particular race and those whose marks downgraded from another race to ascertain so-called "positive discrimination."

If so, this is indeed frightening and the government must address the matter urgently.
