Govt servant abuses state apparatus

When I caught the prime minister on RTM2 last night in a formal, presidential-address-to-the-nation kind of setting on the eve of the Sarawak state election last night, I thought it was in conjunction with some sort of special occasion. I was shocked and utterly disgusted when he repeatedly exhorted voters to choose Barisan Nasional, showing no embarrassment.
How can we ask government employees not to abuse their positions or abuse government property when the number one himself is doing it in front of the whole world? I used to disagree with many of my friends who say that Dr Mahathir Mohamad is not that kind of person, but now sadly, I must admit that I was mistaken; he is like any of the so-called 'third-world leaders'
I was a great admirer of our prime minister, but now... I'm sure he did not have to stoop so low to win Sarawak.
