Pictures of Palestinians celebrating the attacks on the World Trade Center might be distasteful but the extended quote from Richard Ingrams article, [#1]'Who will dare damn Israel?'[/#] (Sept 16), in the British broadsheet newspaper, The Observer, might be useful in understanding the 'why' they did so:
