Jeffrey's letter ('Moving from narrow win to a win-win', June 25) shows only one thing: Boycott Nanyang Siang Pau and China Press! Don't waste any resources in buying back Nanyang from MCA. Don't reward Dr Ling Liong Sik for his obnoxious effort to prove that MCA means 'Money Controls All'.

If any of the 'white knights' who are proposing to buy Nanyang from MCA are sincere, then use those funds to set up their own Chinese paper group and hire those sacked Nanyang staff. Or better, set up a Chinese version of malaysiakini.

Boycotting Nanyang should be just the first step. And voting out corrupt politicians is the final solution.
