Now that the retired Chief Judge Eusoff Chin has admitted to having 'advised' his subordinate, Justice Muhammad Kamil Awang, we must ask the all-important question: Who instructed the CJ to do that?

If we just ponder a bit, should we not then ask other questions like:

1) Who has the power to force Hong Leong to sell Nanyang Press Holdings; and

2) How did MCA's Huaren Holdings get all the official approvals for such a deal, in such a short time?
