In a Star report dated April 22, headlined 'Gerakan supports recent ISA arrests', Lim Keng Yaik had said: "The police should not wait for the 60-day (detention) period to end. They should investigate as soon as possible and charge these people."

The 60-day detention period is almost up and the police are still dragging their feet on the 'investigation'. It took an honest and courageous judge in Shah Alam recently to rule that the detention was unlawful and mala fide.

I would like to know what Lim Keng Yaik and Gerakan has to say now about the detention that they have openly supported.
