Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim today said he and the state executive council (exco) members had declared their assets on May 8.
He said the declarations were done using the federal government's member of parliament asset declaration form.
He added that the declaration forms have been handed over to the accounting firm of Ernst & Young for auditing and accounting update before being made public.
Abdul Khalid revealed this while replying to a question from former Selangor menteri besar Mohamad Khir Toyo (BN-Sungai Panjang) at the state assembly sitting in Shah Alam.

The present MB also alluded to the previous administration's apparent lack of asset declarations by stating that his team of state officers used the federal forms as there was no sample of a Selangor state asset declaration form.
He also said that the existing files indicated that there was no proof of asset declaration by Mohd Khir and his state exco members.
Meanwhile, talking to reporters later, Mohd Khir clarified the matter by saying that he and his exco members had sent their asset declaration forms to the prime minister and the chief secretary to the government.
"Because we have our boss, that is, the federal government... every year we sent the forms there and they were inspected by the PM and the KSN (chief secretary to the government)... the form we used was the one used by government officers that must be filled listing all family members," he said.
