MGG Pillai - such a man never really dies
I refer to the Malaysiakini report MGG Pillai, father of online journalism.
I did not, unfortunately, have the privilege of meeting, or really knowing, Mr MGG Pillai.
But I am certain that I, and many more Malaysians and others in time to come, will get to know him better, for such a man never really dies but goes on living in our hearts and minds.
Thank you, Mr MGG Pillai, for enriching us all with your good fight, even though it must have been a hard and lonely road to have walked on. Rest in peace now in God’s gentle loving care.
And in respectful remembrance, I would like to dedicate this apt poem to you for that much valued good fight:
