I read with glee the glorified treatment meted out to former Internal Security Act (ISA) detainees ('We were tortured under ISA, say former detainees', April 26). While seeing the world in a different dimension is fascinating, coping with reality in my condition is agonising. At last, the ISA as practised in Malaysia has inspired in me a therapy for my near perfect mind.

Now that my affinity to ISA is affirmed, my only regret is being unable to join my brethren in the police force to advance our common cause. But it is good to know our once lost Heaven is making a comeback on Earth: in Malaysian ISA detention centres.
