I challenge the National Fatwa Council, that if they were an impartial organisation and honest, for the sake of justice, please issue their amanat (decree) or fatwa with regard to the Internal Security Act (ISA). This is an urgent issue, unlike the so-called 'amanat Hadi' which is dated back two decades ago but has somehow found its way back in the limelight again.
