Thank you for the news coverage of the Group of Concerned Citizens' meeting with Barisan Alternatif MPs in Parliament on April 5 ([#1]PJ clashes on agenda of unity talks, says NGO head[/#], April 5).
We would like to clarify that the Group of Concerned Citizens (GCC) is not a coalition of 46 non-governmental organisations as mentioned in the news report.
GCC operates independently. It is a grouping of individuals who have formed a loose and informal network with NGOs. GCC works with NGOs on issues of common interests and concerns.
