I would like to comment on the letter, [#1]Moronic moral lessons[/#] (March 29), which, though mainly criticising the Pendidikan Moral subject being taught in schools, contained some fallacies about Islam.

Islam has always taught its followers to respect other religions. During the prophet's time, even at war, one were told not to disturb men, women and children who were praying in their various religious places.

These teachings are inculcated even in over present day Pengetahuan Agama Islam that is being taught in school.

Chistianity and Islam have similarities with one another because they are the book of God.
