I remember during my school days few years ago, my friend was constantly abused by a group of students who called him 'keling'. He took the abuse until he could not stand it any more and complained to his teachers about his plight. The teachers just told him to forget about it and accept his situation.

One day, these boys were going at him again in the canteen and this time they verbally abused his mother. A brawl broke out. A few other students and I tried to break the fight and calm down the situation until the teachers came.

Later that week my friend was found guilty, publicly punished and later expelled from school whereas the other students involved in the brawl were only given a warning.

Last week, there was a community clash and five Indians died. I just want to know would the truth ever be told or is the government just going to keep quiet about it.
