If you look around esp. in non-gated housing estates, there are lots of mini tokongs erected under trees, street corners and outside some houses. Are these on people's land or government land? Are they also illegal mini tokong structures. Somehow this is being tolerated and not disturbed at all, because no one complains. Any comments?
