I would like to highlight some of the rising costs of living. Parents with children in primary school (like me) are forced to pay Parent-Teacher Association fees of RM25 a year plus computer fees of RM100 a year.

I earn RM900 a month and have three school-going children, so all these fees are a real burden to me.

On top of that, stamp duty has increased, car licence renewal has increased from RM20 to RM30 a year, a passport now costs RM300, water bills will go up and many more costs will increase.

With all this and no wage increase, it will hardly be surprising if one is forced to steal, cheat or indulge in corrupt practice.

And yet our money is being used to bail out cronies of certain ministers.
