Settle RTD summonses by Dec 30 or get blacklisted, Loke warns

A total of 5.5 million Road Transport Department (RTD) summonses for various traffic offences have yet to be settled, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook.
He urged those with outstanding summonses to take advantage of the 50 percent discount offered by RTD from Nov 1 to Dec 30 to avoid court action or blacklisting of their motor vehicle licence (MVL).
