Rapid Bus to enhance on-demand van services, expand zone coverage

Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd, the operator of the Rapid KL On-Demand van services in the Klang Valley, will improve its services through the streamlining of its booking applications and expansion of its service zones starting next month.

Rapid Bus acting chief executive officer Ku Jamil Zakaria said they will consolidate three existing booking apps - Mobi, Trek Rides and Kummute - into a single integrated application, called Rapid On-Demand, to facilitate the booking process and enhance user experience.
