      Loke: Licences expired under 3 years still qualify for RON95 subsidy

      Those with a driving licence that has expired for no more than three years will still be eligible for the RON95 subsidy scheme, which takes effect on Sept 30.

      Transport Minister Anthony Loke said such Competent Driving Licences (CDL) are still considered active.
