Guan Eng, Latheefa slam bid to charge statutory rape victims

DAP national adviser Lim Guan Eng has urged Kelantan police chief Yusoff Mamat to withdraw his suggestion for girls in statutory rape cases to be charged alongside the adult male perpetrator.
