When the Clinton Administration was asked to review or do away with affirmative action in terms of quotas or set asides, Clinton took his administration to task by getting a report on the situation on an agency by agency basis.
This is all that it takes, assuming that we have the political will to see this through. We have spent money and energy on mobilising around unity, ketuanan Melayu and policing of speech (sedition, treason, illegal assemblies) around these concerns.
Let us just be better organised at getting information, data, analysis and restructuring our race relations in a more transparent and accountable manner.
