Foreign student charged with two counts of wildlife trafficking

A foreign student from India has claimed trial at the Sepang Sessions Court today for wildlife trafficking offences after he was caught trying to smuggle seven animals out of the country.
Dinesh Kumar Selvam, from Ramanathan, Tamil Nadu, pleaded not guilty to two charges that were read to him in front of judge Ahmad Fuad Othman.
Indian national was caught trying to fly out of KLIA with seven protected species.
