Suqiu is Mandarin expression of reformasi

From the political developments in the past two years, we can finally see clearly how Umno/BN maintains its grips through "promoting" mutual fear and hatred among the races, especially between Malays/Muslims and Chinese.
Suqiu is an example. Any sane Malaysian with a modern frame of mind would not see any problem in the contents of the document. Suqiu is as non-racial and universal as the Magna Carta or the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948). It even proposes positive review of police salaries.
But to Umno and its fascist fronts, Suqiu is to be distorted and fabricated as a manifestation of "Chinese chauvinism" or "PAP's agenda". The purpose is clear: to frighten the Malays/Muslims in order that they accept Umno's "protection" again.
It is not dissimilar to the tactics of the German National "Socialist" Workers' Party (commonly known as Nazi) to frighten Germans with Jews, Gypsies (Romas), homosexuals, Anglo-Saxons and Bolsheviks.
Earlier, we saw and heard how they worked on the opposite front. It frightened (and still frightens) Chinese and non-Muslims with the so-called "Islamic state" (PAS) and "Malay revolutionary mob" (Reformasi and Keadilan). The objective is to keep Chinese and non-Muslims away from PAS and Keadilan.
However, this round is different as not only do we have the Internet, but Malaysians of all races and religions have started to communicate with each other more directly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
And to more and more Muslims who seek for justice and reformasi, Suqiu on the whole is but only the Mandarin expression of the same essential message of reformasi and keadilan untuk semua (justice for all).
Let us turn the negative psywar images of "Islamic state" and "Suqiu" into a positive synergy of a new formula of national unity. Let us forge a new social contract under the first principle of the Rukun Negara, namely Belief in God.
