Authorities nab 10 migrants suspected of providing illegal healthcare

The Malaysian Immigration Department and the Health Ministry’s Enforcement Division (Pharmacy) detained 10 men suspected of offering healthcare services and selling unauthorised medicines following raids in 10 locations in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Immigration director-general Zakaria Shaaban said the raid was conducted in Jalan Tun Tan Siew Sin, Leboh Pudu, and Jalan Silang.

They allegedly offered uncertified healthcare services and unauthorised medicine.
