I refer to the letter written by Abdul Kadir Azhari, JJ didn't mean to insult student.

First and foremost, I think Abdul Kadir must be an assistant or someone close to Jamaludin Jarjis for him to defend the minister. I am saying this because first he said that he was there and then listed the incidents in his letter which he tried to defend.

An honourable man would have apologised to the said student and use the experience to understand other people's feelings. But sadly to say in our country, either you pretend to keep quiet hoping the matter will fade away or ask someone to defend you, and in this case Abdul Kadir's letter did not make sense.

The letter not only tried to highlight what the minister tried to say but what he meant. Why can't the minister just apologise or is it because he still believes that he had not done anything wrong.

You know, in this country when you listen to our former prime minister talking about the cruel way the locals were discriminated and treated by the British and how we fought for equal respect and honour for all, it is really funny to hear this kind of incidents happening and more so, in a foreign country for a trip paid by taxpayers.

Also who is Abdul Kadir to judge someone else's fashion sense? Is he qualified to pass his judgement? Could it be that other might have liked the student's dress sense? I think his letter is like"pouring oil to an already burning house", his attempt at justifying this minister is at best a failure.
