Yes, I learnt during COVID lockdown that we need to eat a dark-green leafy vegetable everyday for at least 2 benefits (1) the essential mineral Magnesium for the brain many worldwide are deficient in (2) Folate for brain health.
Alternate with Kangkung (water spinach), Bayam (spinach), Sawi (mustard greens?), Kai Lan (kale?), Broccoli, etc, etc, etc..
This will also benefit our vegetable farmers, besides us.
