      KINIGUIDE | Earlier this month, the Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) questioned the joint development agreement between the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) and a private firm, with regard to the direct negotiation sale of land in the Batu Kawan Industrial Park Phase 2 (BKIP2).

      This raised red flags and the ensuing fallout led another firm, Aspen (Group) Holdings Ltd to clarify that its direct negotiation land purchase from the PDC in Batu Kawan a decade ago should not be compared to the present deal.
