American author Alfred Lambremont Webre claimed that an international War Crime Racketeering Organisation (WRO) made up of the ruling elite is behind the war crimes that exist today.

Webre, who is also a lawyer, environmentalist and space activist, told this to some 3,000 people at the 'Expose War Crimes - Criminalise War' conference in Kuala Lumpur today.

He detailed a global conspiracy of a grand scale.

According to Webre, the intentional depopulation and massive genocide are the core policies of the WRO.

He said the operational goal of these policies was to reduce two to four billion of the world population.

"In 1973, with presidential approval, former US secretary of state Henry Kissinger presented two billion people as the desired level of reduction," he said.

The members

Webre, who is a director of an international institute on space cooperation, listed down the members in the WRO:

  • North America - Skull And Bones, Order of Death and affiliated networks, especially Rockerfeller-linked corporations and organisations

  • United Kingdom - Masonic, Satanic networks in government, military, intelligence, finance and media; International Zionist networks including the House of Rothschild and affiliated London banking entities

  • Europe - Elite Bilderburger Organising Committee; 'Black' nobility of Europe

Webre added that WRO implemented its depopulation policies by increasing the death rate and decreasing the birth rate of certain states.

He proceeded to state several ways it was done:

  • Intentional nuclear radiation - nuclear weapons/testings, nuclear war, depleted uranium weapons

  • Engineered wars and false flag operations - 9/11 attacks triggered a 'war against terror' to generate a war economy

  • Bio-weapons - use of Aids targeted at populations like Africa and South India

  • Electronic weapons - chemicals used to accelerate climate change and part of global political control strategy

  • Electromagnetic weapons - design to manage moods and takeover of governmental, educational, business and institutions

Webre is one of the speakers at the three-day international conference organised by Perdana Global Peace Foundation, headed by former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Many internationally-renowned researchers and specialists, present and former government officials, journalists and lawyers will speak on the horrors of war and the 'global military-industrial-financial-media' complex behind global conflicts.

Mahathir launched the conference and the War Crime Exhibition at the Putra World Trade Centre this morning.
