Noh Omar gets a library named after him

The Tan Sri Noh Omar library, which was previously known as the Institut Koperasi Malaysia library (IKMa), and established over 30 years ago, now has a fresh look featuring a more conducive environment with a digital approach.

Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative Minister Noh Omar said the library was named after him following today’s launch, adding that the library follows the Library Congress Classification standard to manage and record all collection materials.
