Boustead appoints ex-minister Redzuan as chairperson

Boustead Holdings Bhd has appointed Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof as its new independent non-executive chairperson to accelerate the group reinvention and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) agenda for 2022.
