      The name "Rina" is in the top 10 trending topics on Twitter today for Malaysia.

      Among the topic of discussion that has propelled the name to fame on the micro-blogging site is Women, Family and Community Development Minister Rina Harun's "turun padang" (going down to the ground) activities in flood-hit areas.

      In particular, a video of the minister firing a stream of water jet while being surrounded by photographers has gained much attention.
