DBKL launches new anti-smoking campaign

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has launched a psychological warfare campaign to control the smoking habit among the federal capital’s residents through the ‘Kuala Lumpur Free From Cigarette Smoke’ (KLBAR) campaign.
