Letter on Segama lawmaker's resignation surfaces, but unlikely to have effect

A letter signed by Segama lawmaker Mohammadin Ketapi intended as an instrument to resign from public office has surfaced.

The letter showed that it has been received by the Sabah Legislative Assembly speaker's office at 11.25am today...
