Family appeals to reinstate suit over Dutch model's death

The family of Ivana Esther Robert Smit has gone to the Court of Appeal to reinstate their lawsuit over the Dutch model’s death in late 2017.

The family’s lawyer Sankara Nair today confirmed the appeal was filed at the Court of Appeal on May 18.
