Third Perak MB swearing-in ceremony reflects leadership failure - ruler

The swearing-in of Umno's Saarani Mohamad as Perak menteri besar marks the third time since 2018 that a similar ceremony has been held.

Sultan Nazrin Shah said this reflected a failure in leadership.

He added that the people should not be made to suffer due to "emotional vengeance" and "outdated political thinking"...
