Today's teachers are too pampered and whatever is given to them is not enough. If they are promoted, it is fair that they should be transferred to a different school and to a different state where their services are needed.

Do not expect to remain in the same school or remain teaching in your home state. They must remember that they serve the government of Malaysia, not a particular state.

I was a government servant for 33 years and was transferred 12 times to different states including Sabah and Sarawak and did not make a hue and cry over it. I suggest the government should not pamper teachers any more .
