MCO violators will not be stuffed into lockups, minister assures

CORONAVIRUS | The government has assured that they will not be stuffing lockups full of movement control order violators, and risk them getting infected with Covid-19.

Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that those detained by police, will either be given a compound once brought to a police station, or released on police bail pending a charge in court....
