(AFP) President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe arrived in Kuala Lumpur for a five-day visit aimed at reinforcing ties and to discuss the situation following the terrorist attacks in the United States, a senior government official said today.

Mugabe will meet Prime Minister DrMahathir Mohamad on Monday, the official said, adding that issues of mutual concern and the Sept 11 terrorist attacks would be at the top of their agenda.
No other details of Mugabe's visit were available.
