Umno Youth shouldnt resort to thuggery
I refer to the report BN MP gets 'ultimatum' from Umno Youth.
Apparently Umno Youth thuggery continues to know no bounds. Not content to threaten, harass and even commit the occasional act of violence, it now takes it on itself to issue ultimatums to lawfully elected representatives of the rakyat.
Excuse me, Sdr Abdul Halim, are you aware that what you and your colleagues committed may be deemed acts of intimidation, if not unlawful then unethical? We urge Loh Seng Kok not to answer your thinly veiled threats. We urge him in the strongest terms to make a police report if there has been any evidence of explicit or implicit threat of physical and mental violence by any member of the public.
We urge him and his party to complain to the Barisan Nasional president and to invite the BN to initiate disciplinary processes if anything that was said in his speech breaks any known law.
We, the people, demand that our representatives be accountable to us, the voters and us alone. We, the people, demand that all parties, whether inside the BN or outside of it, cease to use undemocratic means to pursue their self-serving agendas.
