All these headmasters are government civil servants. Each of them is also given the responsibility as the ADVISER by the MOE where matters related to PIBG is concerned. The fact is that these ADVISERS are personally handling large amount of cash relating to selling of books and stationaries, computer fees, privatised tuition fees, etc., which is issued under the name of PIBG of each individual SJKC. And all this large amount of cash transactions are not shown in the annual report of PIBG, or Wang Suwa account! Isn't this against the laws? or a breach of trust? or some kind of corruption? What has our government done about this?
