A syariah division in High Court

I refer to the report Shad: Set ground rules for conversion.
Shad Saleem Faruqi's suggestion of a Syariah division in the high courts looks workable at this time.
I suggest that women's groups which have lobbied for the setting up of a Family Court for over 15 to 20 years now - without any headway in their campaign - to take a leaf from this suggestion.
Perhaps concerns on conflicts between civil law and the syariah in family law matters could be addressed by this Syariah division in the High Court.
