PH has too many bleeding heart and no media support. All the other media apart from Goverment Own are still opposition own and it has forgotten how to use social media . PH has lost the information war and Najib has put to good use his stolen billion to keep himself on the spot light. If Najib think by his action he can erase his wrong he is being naive like those in Cameron. Najib still think that we are stupid as we cannot recognize who is the king of crook . And it is sad that PH has miss this big fat target. They thought that the one man show will be enough well it is in a way but how much can one man do?

Ambiga absolutely has no grassroots experience in political or civil society work . She should refrain from giving advice on working on the ground. She should confine her advice only to the legal work she has done.

Really, Ambiga? Thought the principle of innocent until found guilty is a pretty well established principle in all mature democracies. Yes, the fact.that Najib is not hiding in a corner & has come out with guns blazing is noteworthy. What is indeed worrying is that he seems to have recruited a pretty strong following despite all the charges levelled against him.

Wrong! Harapan through Amanah must inform the Malays that in Islam it is wrong to practise ethnic discrimination. It is also wrong in Islam to steal from the public funds at all. Najib stole billions. Malays must be helped in the Islamic way. The honest way is the Islamic way. Encouraging new industries opening up new businesses new enterprises is the honest Islamic way.

Yes a real disappointment to say the least. We voted in a new government full of hope and expectation but they obviously has over promised and under delivered. The extremists were going in over drive and Ph just stands there not knowing how to respond and the line of communication and the narratives were everywhere and not consistent. Could be only a 1 term government.

For starters, the Prime Minister must show the way and give the appropriate instructions for Najib to be neutralized. Next he needs to monitor whether his directives are being carried out effectively within a fixed time frame. Thirdly all Caninet Ministers must curb their instinctive criticism of the previous government and ensure that whenever they issue statements, the statements must relate to what the Government is doing to fulfill the pledges PH has made during the general elections. Most importantly, PH politicians in government must think and verify before they speak.

Politicians tend to work much harder when they have the passion to win. Such behaviour is evident. Money helps as much more resources can be deployed. Harapan candidate sadly was not in that position limited resources restrict spread of resources and support also seems lukewarm as many are either lethargic or disinterested. Harapan can afford to lose a few more seats. But if they don't get out of such complacency many will enjoy merely one term government.

Ambiga is right and the Cameron results testify to that. Losing by a six fold increase in vote difference to a party in disarray purportedly lead by the troll of one slammed with 42 corruption charges is ridiculous and unacceptable. Harapan leaders have to show more initiative, imagination, cohesion and do more leg work if they want to counter the Umno/PAS campaigners whose only remaining platform is lies, fanaticism, indoctrination and fear mongering the Malays.

Harapan need to focus their attention on PAS especially its president Mr Hadi Awang. He keep using races and religion to attract voters, like what he did in the Cameron by-election. He asks the Malay to vote only for the Malay and Muslim candidates as the non-Muslim candidates are not capable or fit to be MP. Najib has all the time in the world while waiting for his time in jail. He goes on the road to gather sympathy for his trial. True that PH offers no rebuttal for the opposition using extremist languages. Why?

In any other country onewould truly focus in clearing his name of the charges levelled against him. Alternatively another way is to make a political come back to withdraw the charges. Do we have a system of governance in place where the enforcement agencies act independently without political interference???. Always it's being said politically motivated charges.

Yes, Ambiga has made a keen observation on how the "king of trolls" got support which resulted in victory in the recent polls. Indeed, it is very worrying for a former PM who is facing charges, is able to gain support. Will Harapan take note of Ambiga observation ?
