Very true in this case! Not everything can be defined as racism! But now "human rights" dictates to us (greater than the country's laws) what is right, what is wrong! Question is who are these "human rights"!

I agree with the writer on certain aspects especially on ICERD, but the issue of racism encompasses greater scope not covered here - no doubt the examples here have some credibility. But I disagree on the discrimination law as it does not address the real issue - but only on impression. It only forces me to meet with all the potential tenants but eventually I still make the decision whom to let. Similarly in organisations resume not to include sex, religion and race - you may attend interview but the boss still decides whom to employ. There are reasonable landlords and employers whom have their own reasons but those reasons can be misused by "human rights" as racism!
