The analysis is not correct. The OA for the last 60 years have been voting BN. This time there was their own OA candidate who had held the top police post and was from CH himself. He also had hundreds of relatives and friends there. Yet PH increased the share of the OA vote compared to last year may election.

The daily numerous racial and religious hate speeches in Cameron full of lies and spins and half truths by UMNO Baru and Pas are for all to view on Utube.DAP cina and Manoharan India became a punching bag and easy target for racist UMNO and Pas.While PH leaders were talking about corruption and good governanse in their ceramahs,UMNO and PAS were spewing racial venom.They lied on ICERD,Malay losing power in their own land,Seafield temple,death of Firemen Adib.They even lied that Tun M wants BN to win.Hadi told the malays not to vote for a non muslim because they are devils.They even lied that PH wants to close down the Tahfiz schools.There are many more lies and spins in their hate speeches.Zakir Naik has a lot to learn from Mohd Hassan,Hadi and Lokman.

Orang Asli was not a key determining factor in BN winning in Cameron Highlands. PAS and UMNO teamed up well to play race and religion cards but more importantly PH was plagued with inconsistent leadership, infighting, lack of coordination, and failing to live up to their manifesto, including its U-turns on UEC, abolishing draconian laws and ICERD. PH needs greater political will and courage to define a new and more inclusive policy for all Malaysians in line with the rakyat's aspirations in GE14.

The only reason I see is UMNO and PAS played up religious and racial sentiments. The votes for both camps remained except that all 3000 votes previously for PAS has now gone to BN. As usual MCA and MIC as quiet as a mouse when BN/PAS said that they prefer a Malay and Muslim candidate rather than a non Muslim.

the 1st person was the candidate Manogaran's degrading speech of the Orang Asli candidate. The 2nd was the Threat by the Senator. The 3rd was that there was no admission by the leaders that they were wrong in their speeches. all the wrong speeches made the orang asli got fed up . If Harapan leaders continue like this, they may loose GE15 To Arrogant by some Harapan leaders

Yeah, LGE needs to be humble. Even his tone used in delivering a campaign speech in the CH by-election sounded bossy and arrogant. His tone itself was a put-off for the Orang Asli and rural Malays there.

What is this monkey talking? The Orang asli vote for PH this time was higher than GE14 according to the analysis of the results so far. As for non Malay votes, it was exactly the same as in GE14. Only difference is the PAS votes went to BN. That is how BN won with 3000 plus majority. Why don't you idiots look at the facts first before talking nonsense?

If the data was used at arriving with your view would have been better. Anywhere the author's opinion should be considered valid. As he said to learn from the mistake and I wonder if DAP realizes this or reframes the mistake or denies. Same goes to BN or PH. They dont seem to come to consciousness of their mistakes.
