PH promised to apply the Rule of Law when they form the govt but time and again we see rules being applied differently to different people. As many have rightly observed, the charges against Najib are far, FAR (let me add another FAR for emphasis) worse than what this guy is facing, yet Najib gets to wear business suits, is warmly received with handshakes and does not need to be handcuffed ! Not only that, he does not even need to be in the docks ! Why are the police &  courts practising double standards and why is the PH govt silent on this ???!!! What a letdown PH !

Accused charged with misusing 33k is taken HANDCUFFED away by police; top guy accused of misappropriating billions was till this day never handcuffed! Can police or powers that be explain WHY this unequal treatment?

There are still little Napoleons in the judiciary and civil service. They are carrying out their duties with skewed mindset favouring scumno after decades of toxic indoctrination by scumno and BN. The new Pakatan Harapan government should seriously revamp the whole government machinery and civil service to ensure rules and regulations are followed and duly implemented. Little napoleons if found must be transferred or sacked.

I don’t understand why Ku Nan’ passport was released to allow him to travel whereas Loh whose offence compared to Ku Nan’s is so negligible had to surrender his. Plain double standard practised by the Judiciary.

      Sherman Lau08:30 AM, 24 Jan 2019

DAP is a strictly no corruption party.

      Gregory Wong07:24 AM, 24 Jan 2019

      Good job DAP

      lokeon07:18 AM, 24 Jan 2019

      Action on #COWGATE too

      fong wai leng06:18 AM, 24 Jan 2019

The culprit that swindled billions and he proudly carried the name of an ex PM who gave false hope to his party that the crook son could be his successor one day. That was how the nation suffered because of wrong person selected to be leader .This crook even though stole billions he is walking around nonchalantly and he was not even handcuffed and garbed  in prison dress .The difference between  the exDAP adun and the 1mdb crook is like comparing the heaven and hell. Obviously scumno and Pus represents the diabolical, the most hated corrupted inept greedy lazy politicians can be easily found there.

      Azwan Baharuddin06:14 AM, 24 Jan 2019

For $33,380 fraud, this guy was brought to Court handcuffed. But for Najib who defraud and laundered billions of public funds, he was allowed to attend Court wearing suit and without handcuffs. Why the different treatment?

      Andrew Goh06:13 AM, 24 Jan 2019

DAP sacked a member for misappropriation of government funds. UMNO looks up to its ex president who swindled public funds in the tune of billions/millions. PAS supports Umno. So who champions Islam in Malaysia?

      Jayraman Suppiah05:46 AM, 24 Jan 2019

It's time the Rule of Law applies fairly and justicely to everybody irrespective of who they are or were before. This "cuffing" itself is already gross injustice vis-a-vis other cases. No need to mention what other cases.

      kum eu tsung05:11 AM, 24 Jan 2019

Yeap,  what happened to the cowgate?

      ooi05:08 AM, 24 Jan 2019

Handcuff for RM33K....billions they walk like they are lords...

      syifaa abd razak05:02 AM, 24 Jan 2019

With the charge of RM33K, this guy was handcuffed. With billions of charge, a person can walk to a court and behave like a celebrity. Just wonder, why there is a double standard?

      Tester04:52 AM, 24 Jan 2019

RM33K kena hand cuffed. what about Ah Jib? No cuff also..

      bey bun kiat04:48 AM, 24 Jan 2019

If misappropriate just $33k can be charged then probably 99% of previous administration will fill up Bamboo River Resort? Not counting some in PH. Politics is clean just the politicians that are dirty.

      Thevika Munusamy04:48 AM, 24 Jan 2019

      shahrizat ?? mana MACC ??

      azhari04:41 AM, 24 Jan 2019

wahh..DAP can kepoh about 33k until in the news.....but no time to resolve the crashing trillion ringgit economy ????

      TAN JEE CHIN04:36 AM, 24 Jan 2019

Spot on DAP. Yr actions speak louder than words. Other parties especially Umno make Police report to shirk responsibility & Problem forgotten

      Kogila Kogi04:36 AM, 24 Jan 2019

For RM33,300.00 fraudulent claims, the former DAP State Rep.Loh was charged for corruption and hopefully, those corrupted UMNO and BN politicians who became millionaires many times over, are not spared from investigation by MACC.Can the present PH Government approved a larger budget for MACC that the  Department can play a more effective role to curb corruptions.
