In conjunction with the declaration of Nov 5 as National Integrity Day, the Malaysian Institute of Integrity has planned several activities throughout the month to create the awareness of the dangers of corruption and malpractices.

Institute president Dr Sulaiman Mahbob said the promotion of integrity and good values is a long-term effort.

"As such, campaigns are necessary to send the message to the society of the importance to curb corruption and to promote good values as a way of life," he added in a statement today.
