SUHAKAM INQUIRY | Missing activist Amri Che Mat was declared a bankrupt in 2008.
This was revealed by police observer R Munusamy during the cross-examination of Perlis Hope activist Faisol Abdul Rahman, the inquiry's fourth witness.
