Jan 26 set for contempt proceedings against Aziz Kaprawi

The High Court in Kuala Lumpur will hear former Kedah menteri besar Mukhriz Mahathir's application to cite Deputy Transport Minister Abdul Aziz Kaprawi for contempt on Jan 26.

The case was initially supposed to be heard today but Aziz's legal team had sought a postponement because they needed time to obtain a written judgment by presiding judge Justice Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim.

This is the July decision of Justice Ahmad Zaidi, who had ruled against Mukhriz's application to cite Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak for contempt...
