Saifuddin Nasution to replace PAS man as MAIPP head?

PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution is reportedly set to become the new Penang Islamic Council (MAIPP) chairperson.

According to sources, Saifuddin will be replacing PAS' Permatang Pasir assemblyperson Salleh Man.

Salleh had held the position since 2012, back when PAS was still a partner to DAP and PKR.

Those familiar with the matter added, however, that Saifuddin's appointment is still pending the Yang di-Pertuan Agong's approval.

The PKR secretary-general is currently serving as Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's strategic advisor...

According to sources, the PKR sec-gen will replace Permatang Pasir assemblyperson Salleh Man.
