PM to weigh in on FGV crisis tomorrow

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak said he will weigh in on the Felda Global Ventures Holdings (FGV) crisis tomorrow, when he visits a Felda settlement in Johor.

He said this when asked to comment on the FGV tussle, which has boiled over into the public sphere since Tuesday.

"I will comment tomorrow. I will be visiting a Felda settlement tomorrow. I will explain," Najib told a press conference at the Umno headquarters in Kuala Lumpur today.

He did not want to say anything more, even though he was also asked to comment on the appointment of former minister Idris Jala to lead an independent fact-finding mission on the FGV crisis.
