I am amused to read letter from Chen Zhongyao, London, commenting that if I was thrown out as a delegate at the recent Dapsy annual general meeting, then how could I have known about the unsigned accounts being tabled and approved.

I may not have been a delegate but can I not be an observer? If I had been given a delegate status, I certainly would have objected to the unsigned accounts being tabled. But I was derived of the right to do so.

Even Dapsy national secretary Loke Siew Fook until today has not given a reply as to why the unsigned accounts were approved. Apparently, there are irregularities that cannot be explained.

Are Loke and Dapsy sincere about finding out the truth about these irregularities concerning the delegates' status and the convening of their AGM?

One should just make an apology and rectify the issues involving the accounts and the delegates list. One cannot just keep quiet and past on these duties to the new committee which will then just carry on with these mistakes.
